This Privacy Policy explains how Prokas App ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Kottra mobile app ("Kottra" or the "App").

1. Overview

Kottra is a productivity app that lets you create and manage notes, pages, tasks, and calendar events. Kottra requires an account to sync your content across devices.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following information:

• Account information: email address and account identifiers provided through sign-in.
• Profile information: your name, if provided by Google or Apple during sign-in.
• User content: pages, notes, tasks, calendar events, and images you add to the App.
• App preferences: language and theme settings.
• Technical information: basic information needed to operate sync and authentication, such as sync timestamps and device-local app data.

We do not collect location data, contacts, advertising identifiers, or analytics data unless we update this policy and the App in the future.

3. How we collect information

• When you sign in with Google or Apple.
• When you create, edit, or delete content in the App.
• When the App syncs your data between your device and our cloud service.

4. How we use information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Provide core App features, including note-taking, task management, and calendar events.
• Sync your content across devices.
• Store your preferences such as language and theme.
• Respond to support requests.
• Maintain the security and reliability of the App.

We do not use your information for advertising.

5. How we store and protect information

• Your content is stored locally on your device and synced to our cloud backend.
• User content is encrypted before it is stored in the cloud.
• Data is transmitted over secure HTTPS connections.
• Access to cloud data is restricted so users can only access their own data.

6. Third-party services

We use trusted service providers to operate Kottra:

• Supabase: authentication, database, and cloud sync.
• Google: sign-in with Google, if you choose that option.
• Apple: sign-in with Apple, if you choose that option.

These providers process information according to their own privacy policies. We only share the information needed to provide App functionality.

7. Data retention

We retain your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the App. When you delete your account, we delete your account and associated synced data. We may retain limited information only where required by law or for security, fraud prevention, or backup purposes.

8. Your choices and rights

You can:

• Access and manage your content inside the App.
• Delete individual pages, tasks, or calendar events without deleting your account.
• Delete your account and associated data in the App under Settings → Delete account.
• Contact us to request help with account or data deletion.

9. Children’s privacy

Kottra is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. International users

Your information may be processed and stored in countries where our service providers operate. By using Kottra, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
