Delete your Kottra account

Kottra is a productivity app by Prokas App. You can delete your account and associated data directly in the app.

How to delete your account

Open the Kottra app on your device.
Sign in to the account you want to delete.
Go to the Settings tab.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm when prompted.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Your account and authentication information
Your email address
Your name, if provided through sign-in
All synced user content, including pages, tasks, and calendar events
Local app data associated with your account on your device

What data is kept

Kottra does not retain your personal data after account deletion, except where retention is required by law or needed for limited security, fraud-prevention, or backup purposes. Any such retained data is deleted according to our standard retention schedule and is not used for any other purpose.

When deletion happens

Account deletion begins immediately after you confirm in the app. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete some data without deleting your account

If you only want to remove specific content, you can delete individual pages, tasks, or calendar events inside the Kottra app without deleting your entire account.

Important: Account deletion is permanent. Make sure you have exported or saved any content you want to keep before deleting your account.
